Chic Cleaning Services works with independent contractors, national housebuilders and national construction companies to provide Builders Cleans. Each service is tailored to meet the client’s needs on the commencement of the contract. Our clients include Avant Homes, Gleeson and Britcon.
Cleaning solution for all building and shopfitting projects
We have a specialist trained team within Chic Cleaning Services that provide builders cleans and post construction clean up for various new build housing sites and commercial contractors. Our cleaners have their own vans, equipment and products. Build cleans are usually done in three stages, for example: a build clean, re-clean and a final clean.
This can be amended to individual customer needs. We carry out full risk assessments, are CHAS and SMAS accredited, insured and follow all site procedures in an experienced manner.
